Once you are registered as a client, a full copy of our contract will be electronically sent to you.  A signed copy of this must remain on file with us. 

Nightly Rate:

    Rates are per night and dependent on the number of dogs a client is boarding together in the same suite.  These rates reflect a discount for multiple dogs.  

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy:

    Check-ins and check-outs must take place within the designated times provided. Any arrival or departure outside of these designated times will result in an additional night’s boarding fee. 

Sunday Check-In & Check-Out:

    The Retreat is open seven days a week. Although we don't view Sunday as a regular day of business, if there are dogs in our care, we must be present. In order to encourage our clients to check-in and/or out on an alternate day, and to allow our staff to have a more relaxed day, we implemented a $20 fee for check in & out services on Sunday. 

Boarding Cancellation Policy:

    A $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation. This is a non-refundable deposit to hold your pups date.  Boarding cancellations that occur within 48-72 hours of check-in time are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reservation total. Boarding cancellations that occur less than 48 hours of check-in time are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reservation total. 

Grooming Cancellation Policy:

    All appointments are allotted time specifically for your dog. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask for a minimum of 48-hour notice.  Grooming cancellations that occur less than 48 hours of check-in time are subject to a $50 charge to the card on file. If three or more appointments are missed, your dog will be removed from the regular groom rotation, and you will be required to pre-pay to book.  Dog's that present with excessive matting are subject to an additional fee. Dog's that present with behavioral issues are subject to an additional fee. 

Unfulfilled Boarding Dates Policy:

    If check-out from boarding occurs prior to completion of the reservation, the remaining dates will still be charged.

Feeding  & Medication Policy:

    We encourage everyone to bring more than enough food and medications to cover their dog's entire stay.  Often times, travel gets delayed, life happens, and a dog may need to stay longer than originally planned. If a dog runs out of food prior to their reservation ending, a feeding charge per day will be reflected on the invoice.  The food provided will be dry kibble provided by The Retreat.  A medication administration charge will apply to each medication that needs to be administered, unless the medication can be administered by placing in meal.
